  1. No refunds.

  2. The artist has the right to refuse a request for significant reasons.

  3. The commissioned artwork is solely for personal use and NOT for commercial use.

  4. The artist is allowed to post the commissioned artwork online.

  5. The client is highly encouraged, but not required, to provide image, pose, or theme references for a better result according to his/her/their liking.

  6. The client can request to check and ask for detail adjustments in the artwork DURING the process ONLY. Kindly send a message.

  7. The client is obliged to agree with the artist's pace and time of working. Do not rush the artist.

  8. The artist does not entertain price bargains.

  9. The artist will provide PNG and JPEG image formats. The client can request for a png with a transparent background.

  10. The client should give the half payment to start the commission and give the other half to claim the finished artwork, or else give the full payment in advance.
